Episode 13

Episode 13 of this series is mainly Shii Ann's episode. But for every clever thing she did, she canceled it out with something stupid. She has started to play and it's probably too little too late. Finally someone other then Rob, Lex and Kathy are playing this game. It's amazing even after Kathy's words of wisdom last week, still no one is willing to play, let alone challenge Rob. They all just follow him blindly and that makes no sense.
The reward challenge was a good insight to what the remaining players think about everybody. I was surprised only by one answer. That it was a tie between Shii Ann and Alicia for who didn't deserve to be there. I actually thought it would have been Shii Ann and Amber. Now Rupert wins this reward and another good subtle little twist. Seven different dinners ranging from a steak dinner to camp water and rice. Rupert definitely exposed a pecking order with this and that could be a mistake, but I don't think it will hurt him with this group. But Shii Ann should have expected to get the worst. The childish comments that followed surely didn't endear her to the tribe.
The Immunity Challenge was a good old endurance challenge. I give Shii Ann a lot of credit to go into a must win situation and pull a victory. She put her hand on her hip and didn't move once for over two hours. Great job. But the over zealous celebration at the end sure doesn't help.
Without the Immunity Necklace, Shii Ann would have been voted out this week. But it was Alicia's turn instead. I know she wasn't happy about it and didn't see it coming. I mentioned revenge votes in last weeks article. To me, it looks as if Rob already has three votes against him. One more and that's it for him. Once again we will see a under the radar person win Survivor. Also, if they take from last season and have the jury play the remaining players in an immunity, and they vote out a person, Rob may go bye, bye.
Without another immunity win by Shii Ann, I would have to say that she will be the one voted out in this coming episode. We can only hope that Big Tom, or anyone wakes up and makes a move. If it wasn't for the love of this game and watching friends of mine playing, I wouldn't be that interested in this one at all.
